Belkis Plata and Shannon Schott Become Board Certified in Juvenile Law

In 2017, Belkis Plata and Shannon Schott each earned board certification from The Florida Bar in Juvenile Law. Board certification is The Florida Bar’s highest level of evaluation of a lawyer’s competence and experience in an area of law. It requires substantial experience in the field, peer and judicial review, and passing a written examination.

Today, Belkis and Shannon are the only Florida Bar Board-Certified Specialists in Juvenile Law in private practice in Jacksonville.
